1. Participants: Participants include authors, presenters, attendees, invited guests, members of the Scientific Committee, and members of the Organizing Committee of the Conference.
2. Conference Registration Fee: The conference registration fee refers to the fee collected from participants attending the Conference and is applied in accordance with the following policies:

Additional Expenses
Participants cover accommodation in Hanoi & Thai Nguyen (book directly with hotels). Gala dinner fee to be paid during registration.

Registration fee waived for members from co-host and partner universities. Participation in reviewing required.

Students and participants affiliated pay the registration fees as specified in Sections (a) and (b).
f) Keynote Speakers
Registration fee waived. Support for airfare, accommodation, and daily allowances provided (subject to funding).
g) Session Chairs
Registration fee waived. Support for transportation and meals (subject to availability of external funding).
h) Participants from VJU
VJU full-time lecturers and students follow the student early registration rate (USD 100).
